Rhythm isn’t just music.
It’s how we regulate, connect, and rise to our fullest potential.
I’m Natalie, founder of Rhythm & Rise and a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC). I use rhythm and sound to help people regulate stress, regain clarity, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
Through therapeutic group drumming and experiential workshops, I create interactive rhythm-based spaces where stress softens, focus returns, and meaningful connection becomes possible.
